A few words from the winner:
I'd like to thank everbody who voted for me this month. There was some very good entries and I didnt really expect to be nominated never mind win, so thank you all.

Very proud to win a Car of the Month as this is a very big site with a great variety of cars. A lot of nice folk here and look forward to putting names to face in the future at the summer shows. Thank you to all the peeps here and on NSDUBs

They are the original ball burnished finish. Rims were bought brand new in March of '08. Holding out pretty well. Will need a refurb down the line of course.

liking your ride, I've got an 25th anni too and was wondering how does your feel with those new springs! Is it hard in town, do you feel it holds better than standard! Thinking of lowering mine but don't want to spoil the ride quality !!

Sorry only seen this now.

With coilovers its more firm and you can feel bumps more but the car feels more assured in cornering. Have to say it feels on par with my mates Mark V GTI in handeling terms. Very tight drive and enjoyable.
