Welcome to the new look uk-mkivs/uk-mkvs website!
With the problems of the old site and software getting more severe daily we had to take the decision to shut the old site down. We apologise to all for this rather quick decision, and lack of communication, initially, but we felt this was the best course of action to rectify the situation.
So, what’s new? We have some new features not available to us with the old software - the main one being sub forums. Sub Forums have allowed us to create two separate communities for the MKIV and MKV marques but still maintain the overall community feel to the site and forum. The speed of the forum has also increased. Now running on .NET based software and a more streamlined database performance issues should be a thing of the past.

Important - Usernames are now case sensitive. Please ensure you enter your username correctly when logging in. If you have any difficulties logging on please try using the forgot password link - this can sometimes kick your account back into life.
Date and time options need to be setup per user profile to UK time (GMT), and by default your registered email address with the forum is set to public - we suggest you change both of these as soon as possible. To access your profile click your username at the top of forum pages (next to Welcome to).
Lastly we would like say a massive thank you to David, our website administrator, for all the long hours he has put in upgrading the site and ensuring that a smooth transition from old to new has been performed. Also many thanks go to the Moderator Team for their work in helping to test the site and re-sorting a lot of posts into the categories, and sub forums. I think you will agree that all have done a great job.
