  • Regal Autosport VW Cup Car 'Hot Lap' Day @ Brands Hatch

    Tony Gillham is organising a 'Hot Lap Day' on the 27th June at brands hatch in the Regal MK5 VW Cup car (build thread in my sig below) and also the 366 BHP track ready Regal Astra VXR, obviously i know you guys are going to be more interested in the cup car! The prices are £35 for 3 laps in the passenger seat of either of the cars, or £50 for 3 laps in the passenger seat of each. This includes the insurance for your time on the track. The cars will be driven by Tony, and he knows brands like the back of his hand - this will probably the fastest you'll ever lap this track!...

    Last year Regal Autosport and Tony Gillham entered the Volkswagen Racing Cup in a New Beetle 2.8 24v VR6 backed by GIAC and VF Engineering. The lime green Beetle was a firm favourite with the fans, and Tony's skill as a driver meant that it was always up there with the front runners, but an unavoidable Startline accident early on in the season menat that the car needed to be repaired and unfortunately this held us back from a really firm title challenge....
