He's the 170 TDI with 18" charleston alloys, xenons, shadow blue metallic paint and highline computer.... and I LOVE him Big Smile

Pics of when I arrived at the stealers this morning...

With just 10miles on the clock!!

    Car Choice = Fantastic

Colour Choice = Excellent, I wish my R was that colour

Wheel Choice = stuck for words and look easier to clean that R's

    Oh and what's that I here him say in a distant whisper.....<a    p    s> , <a    p    s>, <a    p    s>

What else can I say...other than I was 30 when i bought my first brand new car...OK so I'd had a couple of new company cars

Must admit I've never been taken aback by the MK5, but yours looks different - the wheels and subtle styling changes really work well - and the colour suits it so much Yes

Great colour, and I think those alloys are the best I have seen on the mk5 - I reckon they'll be the equivalent of the Santa Monica's on the mk4 golf!

    Hi there!

I really like the blue colour and I did originally ordered the charleston with my Golf Mk5 140 GT (with DSG) but because I ordered so much on the extra's the wife went a bonkers when she saw how much it cost. So, I had to take out the 18" along with the leather! :(

Really, nice pics, I'll put some of my pics on later too, can you do some pic's of the dash, wanna see how much it differs?

One thing I have noticed about my 140 GT DSG, is the first gear is so short, its practicularly useless, anyone else feels the same? Saying that, I think the DSG is the best semi-auto out there at the moment!

Here are some updated pictures for you, taken kindly by Aric at the mega meet last weekend after I complained of having no decent pictures of my car!

He's 9 months old now, covered 3800 miles (wow!) and I still love him to pieces.  only mods so far are the bottom rear bumper is now colour-coded and I have some r32 skirts (which, at present, aren't 100% the best colour match, but cos I'm slightly anti-car at the mo, I am not doing anything about just yet). A couple more mods in the pipeline...

    Enjoy!

and a few stalker pics on my way out...

    hope you like Smile

ITs indeed a very nice car...  I would have a 3dr but had too many complains so ended up a 5 dr.
I think your GT Grill are much nicer then the newer GT with gloss finish grill..
Remember what I keep saying...  would you know if I have borrowed your front bumper?  haha

Still can't beleive you not even done 4000 miles!!
