My cup holder flap has some scracthes on it and I want to know if this can be changed rather than changing the whole cup holder?? also if the flap does come off then advise on how to remove it would be appreciated, or if the whole cup holder needs replacing then advise on removing that would be needed.

yes you can just replace the flap, as i can remember the flap is hold on by 2 metal clips on either side.
