Pay Pal confirms that they have been payed for, any ideas what happened to them

They where the internal red mk5 and external blue mk 5

Hi Ray,

I've checked our records and your order was sent out. I can only presume it was lost in the post.

As it was so long ago there's not a lot we can do. You'll have to re-order the stickers as we don't issue replacements or refunds after such a long period of time.

Both your orders were definitely sent out. I can only assume they've been lost in the post. It's becoming quite a concern for me that a number of our orders aren't being received. I've tried various things like sending from different post offices and making sure the addresses are clearly labeled.

I can only ask that you re-submit your orders and try again.
