    Bit of a random one I know but does anyone know if there are any specific ones, and if there are what are they?

    cheers bouncermk4 I'e found a few of these to and check the vwracing website but they don't seem to have any sepcific set of colours. 

    anyone else any ideas??

    I dont think there is an official colour they use on their racing cars,  well VW don't really have any kind of racing team as such anyway.

     

    The recent VW 'R' roadcars always seem to be released in the deep blue pearl metallic colour (Golf R32, R36 passat, Rxx Tourag) if that helps

    As above - Blue and white. Calipers on the R series cars are sill detailed with the blue colour.

    I think the green and silver is a privateers prepared car in the VW cup isn't it? Unless they have changed the colours this season.... Huh?

    The VW Racing Polo looks pretty cool,the silver one with the chequered flag graphics all over it. That would look good on a silver R32 maybe? Cheers,Paul.

    sorry baz not quite that extream.plus can't afford a full respray (but do need one bloody stones!!!) Smile

    Am thinking about a few little more inconspicuous changes just trying to put a personal stamp on my car. Wink

    Hi all, in the VW Cup, VW Racing dont have an official colour, as there cars are customer cars so it depends on the sponsor/driver/team.  The official factory colours of a few years back where DARK BLUE, LIGHT BLUE, WHITE.  I know this because i once coppied the colours for one of my MK1 GTi's which went racing.  I no doubt have the paint codes somewhere, as it also forms a basis for my race helmet colours.  The Polo GTi you are talking about was what they call 'wrapped' which is a very posh vinyl, the same company done my current race POLO which can also be seen in the VW RACING CUP.  (CYBER SIGNS, Northampton)  It's about £1000 to £1500 for a car, but depends on art work. hope this helps.

    VW colours are still blue and white, they often use variations of schemes but it will usually contain these two colours or blue and silver


    Mk5 GTI, APR Remap, Forge DV, Carbonio Intake, Janspeed 3' Downpipe, Milltek Exhaust, Janspeed Coilovers, BBS LM's, LED DRL's.
