     Hi ladz.

    The windows don't go up and down with the keyfob anymore.

    I think this has got something to do with when i removed the battery to fit my sub..

    Is there anyway i can get the keyfob to work the windows again...

    Did you use a KVW100 to enable them?

    Need some help? with...Vagcom, Keys/Immobilser adaption/defeat, Ecu/Cluster Swap. Miles to Empty/Illuminated Needles, Autowindows etc... PM me :)

    You have a Mk4 and an A3? Huh?

     

    Fully registered VCDS (VagCom) owner. v805xx Hex&CAN.
    Need miles to empty, lit needles, key coding, SKC, auto-windows etc? Drop me a PM.
    ST3'd to 170ish 'Fast Road' map.

     try opening and closing it with the key holding it for a few seconds in either position. this reactivates the auto wind back after battery disconection.it might work Indifferent

    aerowipers,polo rear wiper,sunglasses holder,w8light,bora vents,black and grey leather seats+matching doorcards,anniversary handbrake,R32alliminium trim,R32gear knob,full R32suspension,R32brakes,R32wheels and stubby aerial. wanted R32oem bumbers and skirts

    Just incase you didn't know, a A3 is basically a Mk5 Golf and all the other forums are crap on helpng others.

    So thought I;d stick with this one :D

     

    Yepp...that worked.

    Had to reset some module thingy and had to close the windows then hold the close button for a few secs to get it going again.
