On 6th September I will be taking part with 5 other members from my surgery in the Coniston Guide Dogs for the Blind challenge. We aim to raise £2500 which is the cost of training and rearing a new guide dog.

The challenge itself consists of a hike over the Old Man of Coniston, an 18km bike ride through Grizedale Forest and a 2 mile kayak over Coniston water. This has to be completed within 10 hours!
