After fitting my turbo dynamics stage2 i had a hell of a lot of lag and a bit to much smoke,i had seen turkish post about his so i thought i would pay rs tuning a visit, and well worth it it was, nice blokes and what a dif to my car,it made 240 bhp at flywheel 202 at wheels & 375 lbft, although it did make 400lbft it smoke to much so they had to back it off a bit but what a car now,im well chuffed, would highly recommend these guys.

The plumes of black smoke and soot that tuned oil burners put out does make me chuckle everytime I see it.

Where does the black in Guinness go when you wee wee? I mean, how can something blacker than a black night with the consistency of used engine oil come out crystal clear within 20 minutes after 10 pints?

How much did you pay, if you don't mind me asking? Have emailed them for a quote but no response as of yet.

Would the high level of smoke be an MOT/Emissions issue? As it's only at full(ish) boost would it be a problem?

Yeah another vote for the boys at RS tuning, was there yesterday, & he's a sound guy, just went in for a chat & he was more than willing to help, they've just built a clio 172 there aswell, its been supercharged & sounds mental, I'll definately be going there soon for some work on my car.

Sorry i havnt replyied i havnt been on here for a while, there is hardly any smoke and the little there is you would put up with it as you woundnt want to change the power,i have a power graph and will try to up load for you lads.

Bazking,i was like you at one time,i hated deisals with a pasion, but i would never go back to petrol now,i hate them now,my 1.9 td smokes r32's,you can not get near the torque figures these pd engines put in a petrol car,try scooby beaters, plus i have a lead foot and i still get 38-40 mpg try getin that in a petrol car with that power.

BicosDicos, do you mind filling us in on how much it cost you? As I haven't been in work for a week to check if they've replied to my emails.

Bit more expensive than other places, but it seems as though they are worth it!

Have been quoted the same price, £495 + Vat. Might have to wait a little longer than I thought!
