Anybody interested in a meet and a rolling road session sometime in July at RS Tuning in Leeds?

* This is back to back runs to get a stable power reading, not a chance to get 3 totally different runs done i.e. using different maps on a ST3 etc..

I'd love to change the map with the st3 and see what all 3 give me.

Unfortunately I don't think that's how it works, they will do a couple of full runs on the dyno to make sure the output is stable and then obviously you take the best reading.  To try out all the different maps on a ST3 you might need more runs than are available due to time constraints (depends how many turn up) but it might be worth asking anyway?

Nice one, I'll put you down as a definite.  I'd be happy to let you have a quick run in the Derv+, hopefully by then I'll have done a couple more mods to improve things even more.  I should be getting a tweaked map from Chippeduk soon to increase the top end boost a bit as well as some uprated pipework to hold it all together.

Probably but the problem is that if we don't get enough people to commit for definite and pay the deposit then we won't be able to get it booked in the first place.  So if at all possible I'd rather have people commit prior to the event, it doesn't have to be right now as there's a far bit of time to go yet.

I reckon we should try and keep it in the family if you know what I mean but I wouldn't be adverse to a couple of non VAG (friends) coming along if they want to.  What does everyone else think?

Im actually provisionally putting my remap date to the 24th of July mate, from RsTuning themselves, so I'll be around Leeds to see the results of your shootouts too, so i wont need an extra rolling road day..

 Sorry guys not going to be able to make it.... looking to buying machine polisher and car needs new wiper linkage so wont have much spare dosh for RR

 is there somewhere local where we can get somthing to eat etc?

 theres a tgi fridays just round the corner and a kfc about 1 mile up road so food wont be a problem
