Evening all.
Further to my post regarding Avon Zv5 tyres the other day i have now bought some Neuton NT5000 tyres. Ok ok so i know you are all thinking (ditch finders ect ect) but for the price i could not resist. Just under £200 including delivery for 4 tyres. Overall the tyre looks like a quality decent tyre but only time will tell. All the reviews i read online had positive feedback rather than the expected negatives. From what i have read during my research Neuton are a subsidiary company of Yokohama Industries and their tyres are manufactured in Indonesia. Also it would seem the tread pattern is VERY similar to one of the bridgestone tyres i cant remember which one though.
Tomorrow I am going to visit my local Formula 1 garage to get them fitted at £10 a corner. Once they are on and have bedded in i will provide some feedback on their performance in the wet and dry as their seems to currently be a lack of information regarding this tyres performance except that it has an "AA" traction rating.
I will also add some pictures of the tyre and maybe someone could tell us all what Bridgestone tyre these are a knockoff of?
Any questions just post a reply and i will try my best to answer them
Watch this space ....
Kind Regards
