I just scanned my friends Bora TDI150 and it came up with the following...

Control Module Part Number: 038 906 019 KG

      Component and/or Version: 1,9l R4 EDC 0000SG  5342

               Software Coding: 00002

                Work Shop Code: WSC 01266

               Additional Info: WVWZZZ1JZ4W151516     VWZ7Z0D9149894

    1 Fault Found:

17056 - Cylinder 2 Glow Plug Circuit (Q11) Electrical Fault

            P0672 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

This is the second time it has shown this fault. Has anyone else come accross this or any idea on what the actual problem is.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Thanks Bruce,

Sorry for my lack of knowledge but does this mean the glowplug needs replacing or is there something else that could cause this electrical fault issue?

Sorry for the seemingly simple question but I need to get to the bottom of this.

    Thanks

The answer is in my previous post - you need to check the wiring and /or the glow plug.  Continuity and resistance tests are required to determine which is causing the fault.  Use a multimeter to check these.  Compare the bad readings to a known good glow plug circuit.
