Neuspeed and Forge Short shifters seem to do the same job but there seems to be quite a difference in price. Any ideas on whether or not Neuspeed is worth the extra money

Can't recall which is which but, one only does the Fwd / Back reduction where-as the other does sideways reduction in movement as well, but its also harder to fit!!

me too on the forge, got it (them) from inters-£80 the pair,

comes with full instructions, grease, 1x stainless bent nail for keeping gear lever linkage in place, didnt even need that- its now straightend and in a fence panel in garden.

took about 40-50mins to fit with a couple of shorter adjustments and test drives, its about 75-80percent adjust, not quite all adj used. happy with it.
