    Removal:

    Seperating the base from the back rest:

    Remove the head rest guides:

    Remove Seat cover and bolster:

    Remove Back rest cover and padding:

    Lumbar Support removal and refit:

    Locking cable for back rest on a two door (tilt cable) removal and refit:

    Seat base height adjustment remove and refit:

    can anyone help me, im having a bit of trouble with removing my seats...basically in the 1st pic @ no.7 the 2 front bolts that need to come off, they are a pain in the ar$e to get to properly to take out?? is that just me?

     It's the nuts (13mm?) that come off. Then you slide the seat back out of the bracket with the bolts still attached to the seat.

    can anyone help me, im having a bit of trouble with removing my seats...basically in the 1st pic @ no.7 the 2 front bolts that need to come off, they are a pain in the ar$e to get to properly to take out?? is that just me?

    after removing the runners slide the seat backwards a little bit for easier access.  If needed get an extension bar on your socket but it is very simple to remove the two nuts

    then to remove the seat push it backwards very hard as you have to dislodge the bolts from where they are located (they remain attached to the seat though)

    i got one undone, but the other refuses to budge, theres a garage down the road from me, will just ask someone there to have a go!

    Also anyone reading this, i will be giving my old seats away, ive got no space for them!
