I have a fabia vrs and have a dragon digital tuning box fitted, as well as a custom cat back exhaust with smaller rear box.

I have been qouted £60 to have a de cat pipe put in.

Is it worth it and will it cause problems with the small pd130 turbo?

Wont cause any problems mate should be better if anything,it will keep turbo temprature down by been more free flowing and should give the car a more turbo whistling sound and make it more responsive, for that price mate bite there arm off

I have heard it can lead to problems with the turbo "running away" with boost?

the boost is electronically controlled, so it will still boost to the specified level and no more, only thing is it will spool up a little quicker.
