i would like to know this too, i have a similar set up to you, 5 paddle and 200bhp.

it seems to get a good grip even if you hold at 2k and let out. thing is too quick and you just spin and too slow and you err, go too slow. it's hard to get it right and i just gave up lol.

yep, same problem! iv found that holding it on the handbrake and doing it that way isnt bad but its not perfect. have you still got the standard flywheel?

I find this the best for me:

2000 ish revs (too much and you'll spin, too little and you'll lag), Don't bother coming off the handbrake it's tricky. Had 7.10 s with my Sachs clutch installed. Had it as good as 6.86s before but not for a while. Measurement device G-tech pro. Real world accuracy +- 1/10 of a second.

By the way running 178BHP, 316 lbf ft torque.

Yeah still got the standard flywheel, didnt really want to go for a single mass flywheel because of the vibration, been told that the stanndard flywheel should be fine and its just the clutch that needs uprating but dont know how true this is
