ok i tryed to get my car mapped with tt 225 injectors but chipped uk could not map my car to them keeped getting probloms full thotlle ok but part thotle was not. i wonder why any one help on this one wee got 265 bhp 272.7 torque with standerd agu injecttors. is that torque not crap looked on the chipped uk site and the torque on a 180 bhp when mapped 220bhp 300 torque

 i thought i needed the injecters. the turbo is a k03 but the internals upgraded for 300bhp thanks for the reply

 To be honest im no expert by any means but i have always been under the impression you only would only need to upgrade one or the other unless your talking serious power like the 350-400 mark.

Sounds like a lot of fueling for a K03 with upgraded internals,  it could be running rich?

I'm not expert, but i would say that the turbo would be the problem as well. You may have had the internals upgraded, but the K03 is a small turbo.

how much did the turbo cost u to build it from owen development .... and what internal upgrade u done on the turbo ....

The remapped 180 makes around 300Nm, not 300lbft. But then again, I'm running 270lbft on stock turbo. BUT, at what RPM is that peak torque.
Never heard of anyone uprating the K03 internals. Out of interest, why didn't you just go disco potato? Cost of manifolds new downpipe etc??

Have you also got a 4 bar fuel pump to match the reg? (not a total necessity as the 3 bar pump generally puts out a touch more than 3, but if I was anywhere near 300 I'd have one!!

Not sure what injectors you've got in your AGU mate, but injectors on mine (AUQ) are only rated to approx 240bhp. I totally agree with 440cc injectors!!

Strange how chippeduk couldn't map it though. why don't you take it to somewhere like custom-code - someone who specialises in big-turbo conversions!!!

P.S. there is more technical knowlege on seatcupra.net - the tuners seem to be quite hardcore LOL Might be a good place to post your question mate!! (Sorry uk-mkivs)

 u hvnt heard of anyone uprating the k03 internals ??? jbs do it and its called jbs04  .... in another word its called hybrid turbo .... i heard TT injectors is good for 300bhp ... strange that chippeduk cant do it , where u locate ?  there is a few places that do custom map maybe u should take it to some whee and try it or maybe u got some part restricting the flow ...

Its not that it couldnt be done, there were actually other issues with massive overfueling with these injectors.

We have done several larger inj and turbo conversions with great success.

 well if chippeduk said the injectors causes massive overfueling then (coxo) u sud get some another injectors and get back to chippeduk and jayson will sort u out ...

Chipped UK are great guys sorted out my car for me no problem get your injectors sorted out. 

 what injecters dose anyone recomend. iam in glasgow area. the peak for the the torque is 4.700 to 6000 thats at highest and its very strong

ChippedUK - I thought TT injectors were a common mod for big turbo - you saying his injectors are faulty? or they are the wrong injectors!

genesis injectors is best known for the big turbo's  ... alot of people jus go direct to us website and order  it and is a bit cheaper buyin it in uk .....

genesis 380cc injectors will certainly do the job cuz my mate got the jbs04 turbo and he got thegenesis injectors fitted to it also jbs recommend it .....

Pardon my ignorance (genuine question here..); if he's experiencing over-fueling issues with TT 380cc injectors - how will different 380cc injectors fix the problem??

Is there more to it than just the spray pattern and cc/minute ???

Did chippedUK specifically say the injectors are at fault? If they've done "several larger inj and turbo conversions with great success" - they should, at a minimum, know which ones will work and be able to map it. Its not like the injectors you've got are duff - they are brand new!!

I personally would be thinking about taking it to a proper tuning shop - somewhere which has experience of the entire scope of tuning, someone who specialises with VAG - not just someone who does remaps!

At a minimum get a 2nd opinion before you start forking out..

no did not tell me what injecter to get. m8 i have my douts. i told them i wanted it done live but it seems that he did not coz the the ecu was in and out  the car like a yo yo
