I am going to be tuning my 115 PD very soon.. i was wondering what modifications i can make to get the most out of it.!

I am looking at around 180bhp+

What are the exact parts i need? and also a rough price of each part pls!

130 ecu, 130 turbo, and intake mani and allard egr delete, and you should get 180.

    £450 for those parts roughly.

do i need to change injectors etc?

are the 150bhp parts the same as the 130 parts? for example is it not a bigger rurbo on the 150

You asked how to get to 180 which a 130 turbo is capable off no problem.

You don't need injectors changed to reach that figure on a pd115.  If you were aiming for 200+ you'd need bigger injectors.

the 150 has a different turbo but is much harder to get a hold of.

Full miltek + carbonio air intake + chipped uk = 163bhp

    Almost 180, but still Automobile

The carbonio is a waste of money on a tdi.

nah ive just got the turbo back down  pipe and welded it to the origanal exhaust(because im skint) as its a better engine and i now have a proper front mount. im looking for the rest of the system and then getting a proper remap done. the one on the 150 ecu is bloody awfull

    cheers for the advice

Because a CAI gives little or no power gains on a turbo engine.  Maybe 1%.
