Just wanted to say a quick hello to you guys.

I have just been in the fortunate position to be able to take delivery of my dads no-longer needed S plate 1.8T on the cheap. This will be my third GTi (previously mk2 & 3). Although it will be coming up 10 years old - its still in great shape. Pics will follow at some point.

After a long break, and having to drive round in some sub-standard motors for the last couple of years for various reasons, it really is nice to be back in the seat.

Looking forwards to joining in with the chat and getting back up to speed with all that is Golf & VW.

    Cheers, Kinger (Alex)

put a couple of pics on gallery as it stands. thinking of some subtle mods for the near future - might drop it a little and look into re-map to start with although looking at some of the other photos on here a miltek exhaust could be high up on the shopping list.. just need to prioritise.

Oh yeh - have already carried out first mod - replaced the gamma with a cd head unit & mp3 connection.
