Anyone know where i can get a good set of Golf Mk4 rubber floor mats.

    Only looking to spend £20-30

My genuine Anni mats are looking a bit dirty and need a clean. Really want to keep them in good condition as i bought them brand new and unused a few months back. They could be the selling point of the car in a few years time if i decide to sell.

Seen a few rubber sets on ebay but im unsure about them.

They need to be fitted mats so they are the push stud fittings.

Or does anyone have any for sale ??

Good if you wear mucky boots & drive, but won't they hum a bit being rubber?

Have you tried the dealer?  I bought a set of carpet mats last weekend and they are only £20.  Can't remember how much the rubber versions were though.

    Worth a try.

There's a seller on eBay called silverwagen who sells VW stuff.  Currently has Bora rubber mats for sale for roughly £20 for the fronts which I'm thinking of getting.  Was hoping to get the whole set for that though.

This may be the case with third party mats - the boot liner mats often 'hum' somewhat.

The OEM mats are fine though.

Dealer prices will be between £40 and £50 for a full set of front and rear mats.

Keep an eye on eBay and also try your local car accessory shop - a set of bog standard rubber mats should fit the bill and you can check to see if they 'hum' at all.

(I take no responsibility if you are asked to leave a shop because you were caught sniffing their stock Smile)

A quick heads-up to let you know that a forum member has some genuine Bora / mk4 mats for sale on eBay here.
