ive looked on here but not really found the answers i was looking for?

How is the best way to set up the height on coilovers..

do u measure from the ground to arch?

or measure from arch to centre of wheel?

or measure equal amounts on each shock measuring the threads?

at the moment i have measured equal amounts on the shocks using the threads.. put the 2 fronts are not it the same height?

is this due to the weight difference?

ie  because the engine sits to the drivers side and is heavyier then gearbox?

    thanks..

basically when i do 4 wheel alignments the laser line always sits in the centre of the wheel , so i would measure from the center line of the rim to the wing

Corner weighting is the best way to setup coilovers if you want proper roadholding and handling other than that a tape measure on level ground will do

ok m8.. u can remove the rear platforms.

just have the threaded tube with no platforms screwed down it..

when i bought my car this was how mine was set up.. it is about a inch lower!

i personally found this to low and a bit hard/bouncey.

i have since fitted the rear platforms and highered the front back up to match..

    give it a go!
