After finally getting rid of my 1.4 which i crazzyyly spent 5k+ on it i decide i wanted a little more power so had my sights set on a 1.8t which i have wanted for ages managed to get my mum of my back telling me to get an 05 1.2 polo Sad

being as sad as i am i all ready knew what the car would look like before i brought it Big Smile

found a nice car with good spec with low miles under 50,000 which was on the isle of wight this probly would have put most people off but not me spoke to the guy by email and found out he went the same uni as me and commuted across from the isle of wight so 2 days after seeing the car advertised online i went and saw the car and fell in love and brought it Party!!!

pics of car when i brought it had a few mods - private plate,007p, joko abs anni kit, genuine 17" rs4s

before i even brought the car i had an ebay cai and a turbosmart dv ready to go on

after fitting them i got around to remaping it about a week later

not much then happened till xmas when i had enough to get the bumpers smoothed and the wing mirrors sprayed black and ebay debadged grill fitted Big Smile also won some seat cupra r pedals off ebay for £5 delivered

a few weeks afer xmas present my gf  got me arrived (women)

i also sold the rs4s to a member on hear and picked up some bbs rxII pretty cheap

at the end of jan i sold the rxII's on and made double the money so i was pleased and decided to treat my self for the good work and brought some BBS lm reps from bm autosport got a nice little strech of 215/35/18 decided to go for 18s over 19s due to the cost of tyres as im only a poor student

my gf also got me some janspeed coilovers for my bday Big Smile

some one had decided to reverse in to me and cause some damage to my bumper but my garage had said before they would get rid of the bumper notch for free anyway so didnt have to pay they repaired it for free Party!!! also got a bonrath grill fitted and sprayed

    the spec so far is

    Turbosmart Kompact Duel Port

    CAI

    Smooth Front And Rear Bumper

    Black Headlights

    Bonrath Grill

    Tinted Windows

    Sharan Badge

    R32 Interior

    18 LMs With Stretched Tyres

    20mm Spacers

    Rear Dewipered

    Janspeed Coilovers

    Cupra R Pedals

    Ported Intake Manifold

    Decat

    N75J Valve

    Remapped To 200Bhp

within the next month coming alot more is going to happen hopefully i should be getting

    stubby mirrors

    anni valances

    bigger spacers for rear

    smooth side strip

    black roof

    smooth boot

have also order pressed plates but they have still not been delivered yet Sad also waiting on a forge tip i got in the group buy

Car looks nice mate, I like what you did with the 1.4 and i'm liking the smoothness of your new motor but then I would say that as I have smooth bumpers too.

that stance from the back looks spot on, what you going to do to your boot?

    vwmadcat:

a bit ugly for my liking your 1.4 was nice but im an all genuine parts type of fella

Agreed. It looked so much classier when you first got it...

Why did you get rid of the anni kit? Confused

May be boring to keep OEM all the time, but some things are best left alone. Embarrassed
