Presume that is the 2.0TDI..... the torque is a bit spiky!

Don't know much about the MK5 Dervs but from a MK4 perspective your HP looks very low compared to the initial torque you've got and the Torque & BHP tail off quite drastically after 3250rpm which seems stange and low?

The initial spike of torque at low revs up to 345lbft before it falls back down to around the 310lbft mark is completely normal as all the TDI's have this trait as the turbo kicks in.

Can I ask what map it is your running as I'd suggest they try and move the power band up the rev range a fair bit to give you more lasting power, I'd of expected your max BHP to come in closer to 4200rpm and your torque to last to around 3800rpm before tailing away.

to be honest the car drives better than it did before & the graph doesn't do it justice

You wont get much more than that 190 out of a 2.0tdi.... and its all down to how the car drives not what a graph looks like!

It's not so much that your bhp is low (though for an initial 345lbft which is big torque it doesn't seem to hold its power) it's more that it and your torque start to tail off a bit early so your losing power from 3300rpm onwards.

And I agree it's all down to how it drives at the end of the day, but the graph wont lie and it it shows power falling away early then that's how it will drive too.  If your map held the torque for longer then you'd have peak power further up the range and it would show in the way it drives.
