Hey everyone, found the forum via a sticker on the back of my new Golf (UK-MKIVS.NET Sticker in silver). So im guessing it used to be someones on here?

Been having a scan round on the forum, some cool cars and people :) Im from Oldham which is a small town in the North West. Near Rochdale etc, about 15-20 mins away from Trafford Centre.

My car is a 3 door Golf GT TDI in Black. Tinted windows all round, seems to have been lowered and has 18" Audi A8 alloys. Also has black Dubaholic stickers on the windows.

Going to get some pictures soon, but just wanted to say hey. Looking to get an r32 front bumper, HID kit, some GTI floor mats, and a subtle blow off valve.

    Cheers, Jamez

Ah crap ive put my foot in it now haha. Even so, a double shoot would be cool when i detail my car and get a few more bits. And £30 seems cool to me, is that with fixings or? Unsure how to fit them so id have to have a look, do i just drill small pilot holes into my sills and screw them in? I can come any time for them really, sooner the better mate.

Haha, cool good stuff. Also, could i have a look at how your DV is situated, and how they fit? Im looking at getting one, but more of a chatter sounding one. I know its diesel, but its my first turbo and im still all excited like christmas time and want to show it off. The whistle is nice, but just... not enough Whistle

From what i understand a carbonio cai and decat downpipe make a huge difference to both power and soundWink

Diesels don't need a cat for the MOT,and yes a carbonio is an induction kit.Austin21 has one on his and it sounds good.http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk/product.php?xProd=3684&xSec=140

Really? never had a diesel before, still a hell of a lot to learn. They are fairly expensive them carbonio, could i not make something similar to that? Like... steel pipe bent on rollers with a k&n on the end of it? Just need the right diameter pipe, and a mounting kit for the pipe.

    Hi mate

Ive got a carbonio air filter on my GT TDI, In my opinion it sounds great, i love it. Ive also got a Milltek turbo back system on mine as well. They both made a massive difference in terms of noise, not too sure about power gains and so on

If i was you id definitely go for a Carbonio if you can afford it, sounds great under load

Hello mate thanks for the welcome. Id love the kit mate but they are quite costly. It depends how much your selling it for really. If its a reasonable price i'll have it. Just bought the side skirts off Patch, so i wont mess you around :)
