Entry Prices:
Overnight camping - £15.00 per overnight stay for one car (up to 4 people) no matter the size of the tent.

(Pleases note that its four persons to a car anyone extra will have to pay £5.00 extra per nigh)

If you're planning on coming to both days of the event, but will be staying in the hotel or somewhere else, you're best getting the overnight camping pass which will work out cheaper than paying for day entry over two days.

1 Day entry - Day passes are £10.00 for one car (up to four persons)

This is our yearly Mega Meet event. Not quite a show but more than a meet! Think of it as a great opportunity to meet other members and have a knee's up. Held over the weekend of the 1st & 2nd August at Billing Aquadrome, which is pretty much in the middle of the country it's a great chance to put some names to faces. Let us know if you're free on these dates so we can gauge interest in the event

Just looked at the rallies and events page and these guys are there the same weekend.

 I'll be there, being as its a uk-mkivs.net meet and not a VAG meet, does this mean I can come in something non vag ?(highly unlikely but would be nice!)

Here's a quick run down of the weekend time table (will post a more detailed thread tomorrow):

Saturday - arrive 2-3pm and setup for evening BBQ and funsies
Sunday - Arrive 10am, show and shine opens at 11am and funsies at 12pm. Lunch at 1pm.Show and shine presentation and raffle presentation at 3.00pm

Basically Saturday is more aimed at those camping. It's really just an excuse for you to arrive, pitch your tent up and have a natter with the other members who will be there. Sunday is the main day of the show, with a show and shine, games, BBQ and raffle. Prizes for the show and shine will be available etc.

It's a very laid back affair and is a great chance to meet other members of the forum.

The only change from previous Mega Meet events will be the BBQ - this year you will be sorting your own arrangements out so I'd advise you get together in groups and arrange to bring your own food and BBQ's etc.

Anyone know what time last entry to the site is?

I've got to go to the Bristol Harbour Festival on Saturday after promising my other half's friend that we'd take her (d'oh!). Depending on what time it finishing, I could come up in the evening, but it might be too late by then
