Blank egr off, put pd130/pd150 turbo, pd130 intercooler with map sensor, pd130 injectors, decat, remap. 350-400€ ~160/190hp

Just with a remap you'll be looking at around 130 and I might add very economical at high speeds and moderate at town. Provided good conditions with just a remap I could do 5l/100km, usually ~5.5/100km while doing steady 90-100km/h. And I have wagon, so theoretically you should do better.
Remap costs around 80€. Best thing with least work and cheapest. Mind you if you go bigger turbos, you'll need better clutch. Prices starts from 200€.

Just a custom remap would see you to around 135-140 bhp

Or you could go all out like the list above which is the route im going down, should have it finished by the end of the month. Have a quick look through my build thread theirs a list on there of all the parts im fitting and it has some information on upgrading the clutch aswell. I went down the G60 Flywheel and VR6 clutch route and its been great up to now. I wouldn't say the vibration noise at idle is anywhere near as bad as what people make out either.

Where abouts are you based? That will help with people giving you prices for stuff aswell.

I don't want to spend to much at moment. Any of you know any good remap places in Birmingham or not far from there?

Quick and easy option:

Worth doing some data logging to be confident that your current setup is working as it should first though.

I have the Blacksmoke map on mine at the minute and to be honest it's not that bad, Yeah a custom remap would be better but for the price you can't complain. I've had it for around 6 months now aswell and there hasn't been any problems at all my cars on 142k miles aswell. I'd recommend it myself for a nice cheap mod with more grunt

is it hard to use the blacksmoke? is just buying a lead and getting the software of them?
