Finally got around to sorting image posting out! Dragging myself into he 21st century....late as usual!
All the dismantling work has now been completed.
Here's a pic of the dreaded torsion bar bushes. Actually easy to remove, following the advice and 'how to' on here...

Yesterday I picked up the parts I've had powder coated. Great work from local firm in Mid Sussex, GLF Coatings.
Now to start putting it all back together...

Calico, it was £110, blasting and coating of:
Fuel tank straps x2
Front brake disc splash guards x2
Rear torsion beam
Torsion beam hangars x2

Also getting them to do the front steering knuckles..

Yes, the flexi ones forward of the beam, and the rigid ones between them and the calipers. The old rigid ones looked ok, until I unclipped them and found the rust! :-(

New springs and shocks installed at rear today. Stock height and ride. Slowly getting there. B4s.
