Hi, my N/S/F and O/S/R Doors are not opening from the outside correctly,

When i unlock them i have to pull the handle twice to get them to open.

The front one seems to sometimes take 3 pulls and will sometimes release a bit and get stuck then pull again to open all the way.

Is this a faulty handle or is this the control module playing up?

The cables that attach to the outer door handle probably need adjusting.
They've more than likely got to much slack in them, it's easy to sort though.

Sounds like the cable has stretched then. It's on a little ridge and can be adjusted. Remove the lock barrel with one T20? torx and tighten the cable. You'll see how to when it's out.

i slackend mine on purpose it keeps thieves away thinking they haven't managed to unlock the doors i also de-locked both the front doors. well the inside of them spins around but i've taken the metal bit away so they will literally have to take the complete barrel out just to be faced by a glued block plate.

The glued block plate is a pain when relearning the remote function on fobs.

Did you have the torx bolt tightened up on the blanking / lock cylinder as I discovered that if it's not tightened up when testing the handle it can catch inside in the rotating plate that retains the cylinder.

No while the blank was out i somehow managed to knock the handle out from it retainer tabs. Was a bit fiddly to get it back in but its working a treat now
