Hi , I want to install the original vw alarm into my car with interior moving sensors.

After much time i achive to have the ccm with interior monitoring system activated.

I dont have vds-pro to activate my old one , so the only way was to find a used one from ebay.

The motion sensors dome lights are also required

One has 4pins and the other 6pins

Acording to this diagram , oem wiring modification is eazy work but i know that i must install i diode somewere and i dont know where.!.!.!.!

Diode is small component and allow the electicity pass only one side and not the opozite.

Can anyone help me ,by posting a wiring diagram with this small diode position?

Thanks in advance................

All the diode does is to prevent a back feed, that means one component can cause another one to trigger or work when it's not supposed to,it isn't there to stop anything from burning out.

Try it without the diode and if something switches on when it's not supposed to,then you know where to connect the diode.

It would be very kind of you , if you take 3 photos

Behind deactivation switch and the interior motion sensors

I want to see the oem cables

Especially hebind the deactivation switch how many cables there are?

3 or 4?

You will help me a lot if you do this Chris

Thanks

You need to add a diode at the plug on the
interior light Pin 1 with the blue/gray wire.

Blue/gray wire is the switched earth to T23/21 on CCM

This stops 12V running to interior light when you press IRU
button.

When you press the IRU button 12v comes out of T15/9 through the
switch and goes to the T23/21 earth as well (so the T15/9 pin on
ccm earths to disconnect the IRU circuit)

Switch only lights up symbol when door open - because wired to interior light ciruit T23/20 and T23/21

When you press button -nothing visible - only "click" sound.

LED never lights up on Golf (it does on Polo but they have different roof module wiring)

If you add diode to switch pin 2 jumping to Pin 1 then when button is pressed the LED will light up BUT ONLY when you hold the button.

When you let go the LED will go off again (but system will be deactivated as per normal)

IRU is German abbreviation (actually IRĂś with umlaut [:D]) for Interior Monitoring: InnenraumĂĽberwachung

I decide to buy new headliner because the old one was dirty and begin to falling down in the corners

First thing was to make a hole for deactivation button to oem position.I remove the plastic and if you look closer , the vw has marked the place you have to cut

Posted Image

Cut it with a scarpel

Posted Image

And the button fits perfect

Posted Image

Next move was to remove old headliner from car

Posted Image

My garage is small and was dificult to do it, but finaly i remove it

Posted Image

The wiring is glued to headliner , i forced to remove it and add the extra cables for interior motion sensors

I want to thank Graeme and Chris ....They help me a lot about diode position.

Finally i solder the diode 10 cm near overhead console connector.

The roof harness for interior motion sensors is ready

Tomorrow i will finish the installation.....i am really tired .......The clock show 04:35 .!.!.!.! and my bed calling me...............................

Good work with the late finish,we're way too lazy over here in England to work much past 4.35 in the afternoon[:DD].
One of my jobs high on my "to do" list is now that my CCM is about 80% redundant and my VW alarm no longer works,I need to try to get my existing interior sensors working with my aftermarket alarms. If this can't be done,it'll be back to my original idea of Peugeot ultrasonic pods as I've used in previous cars.

My bike and my work bench always into my garage ...................

Tomorrow i will clean the rubbers around the doors because the grey color has lot of dirty and looks old with the hole result.

Also i will install the rest of wiring ( from ccm to button)

I wish the siren be in good working condition.

I bought it used from UK and never test it .!.

Sorry but you'll have to remind me again which country you live in please?

Oh and you have the Santa Monica wheels I always wanted on my car when I first bought it,apart from the 18in R32 rims, they're easily the best looking wheels ever made for the mark 4 Golf.Makes a change to see them again as most people here in the UK seem to think they're too old fashioned.

Are you using a 1J0 or 1C0 CCM?

The connections for the alarm siren are in different pin locations on the 15 pin plug for the 2 CCM types.

I like your leather workbench seat! Is it from a mk4?

#26 ·
Hi mate , the ccm is 1C09597999B

The leather seat is from seat leon .I bought 2 front power memory seats and keep the electric frames . Then install my recaro foams and cloths to electirc frames .

Note : the recaro frames has extra irons for the legs , i cut those and glue it to electric frames.
