Clutch pedal switch is a sensor which is used by the cruise control.

When cruise is SET, and then jam on the clutch, the the cruise will be cancelled. Same happens if you jam on the brakes too.

Don't have cruise control, so can't.

As suspected the switch that the dealer has replaced under warranty does not have anything to do with the MAF or Lambda sensors, as the fault re-occurred again this morning.

So now have to spend another morning down the dealer to get the car sorted.
