Press and hold the trip computer button on the wiper stalk (Press and hold either the UP or DOWN button)
Then you can go up and down thru the menu.
The s elect button will be the trip button (the button underneath the stalk)

Thanks KingKoop,
I used loadsa elbow grease to buff out the twin black lines that are printed onto the VW headlamp protectors. This makes them(the headlamp protectors) less noticable when on the car.

The drivers side one is for the US R32's, i bought it from my VW dealer 2 years ago or more?
The passenger side one is hand cut, and it took me 2 hours or
more! I found the part number for Rline open mesh's
but I found out that u cannot buy them seperately, so I had
no choice but to hand cut that one

Thanks dude,
Scary to think I took those pics a year ago. My car's now covered 39k now, which means I've done almost 20k in a year!
New tyres next month, 40k service, probably a new
windscreen with Toptint as i got a small chip in it, and got a new
replacement for my LRC100 to go on.
Oh and a proper full valet/detailing session once the weather cheers up!
I'll post some new pics soon
