Fixed cruise control (clutch switch) and an replaced outer CV joint which had split [doh]

Bad news, Bora's off the road.

Slave cyclinder is toast. Broke down in middle of huddersfield and had to be towed home by RAC [N]

Ordered a valeo clutch kit (solid flywheel) and new slave cyclinder and will attack it at the weekend [:(]

Good news, the clutch etc was fine and it turned out I just flew the seal on the bleed nipple ontop of the gearbox. Cleaned and put back in place and has been fine past few weeks! Also coilovers are on order, got sick of the poor springs and shocks.

THATS A SPOT OF GOOD NEWS THERE....... THOUGHT THE CLUTCH ETC WOULD'VE BEEN OK, WAS ONLY REPLACED ABOUT 18 MONTHS AGO BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER BEFORE ME.

WILL LOOK SWEET WITH MORE OF A DROP [Y]

GLAD TO SEE SOMEONE TAKING THE CAR TO THE NEXT STAGE WITH NEW RIMS AND IN THE FUTURE COILOVERS.

Yea clutch itself is fine Sean, was just the seal on the nipple that sits ontop of the gearbox. Ive got a new one from VW incase it goes again was only a few quid so no worries there []

Coilovers should be on next few weeks. Not looking to drop it much but to sort out the bouncy front end.

60mm all round give you a nice stance and aslong as you crawl over speed humps i get no scrape with the standard undergaurd on win win!

Put it this way, im suprised the wheels are still on the car, and infact the car is still here.

Plus my insurance goes up £200 if I park on the road instead of the garage.

Yes i like that i looks good.. Prehaps pertrudes into the boot abit to much (around the badge mainly) but other than that its looking damm good and different [y]

I will nick my mums camera when Ive given her a good clean (the car before anyone says anything!) and take some better pics. iPhones are no good camera wise.

Thought Id take a few pics to show the new ride height at front. Rear is still sat a little high but will have to leave it for now til I manage to sort out the drive way, shes scraping on the exhaust bracket in the middle.
