I will keep updating on what i have missed so if there is anything that needs answering, then please post here.
Parts:
Cruise control stalk (1KO 953 513 *) superceded to (1K0 054 690) so you may actually need to search for (1K0 054 690) instead. There may be many other types.
Repair Wire for Sensor Wiring Connector: 000 979 225 (£1.95)
Tools:
You will need a torx bit to remove wiper motor, not sure on the size.
13mm spanner to remove wind screen wipers.
10mm spanner to remove wiper motor.
Possibly a flat head screw driver.
Torx screwdriver (size 5 or 7) to remove covers behind the steering wheel. (should all be mentioned in the other guide)

ADDING MALE CONNECTOR.
First pic is the marked area of where the target is.
Remove the torx screws marked, over to the far right of where the circle is, there will be two 10mm bolts that will need undoing also, didnt get them in the picture.
A closer look.
Remove the left and bottom bolts, same 10mm size, the other bolt is behind the rubber that is marked on the right hand side, just pull it aside.
Lifting the cover, you will see the target, only one you will be working with is the BLUE connector.
Start off with uncliping the area marked (1) that will remove the part with the wires in it, circles 2 and 3 need to be unclipped also. DO NOT TRY PULL THE CONNECTOR UP, IT IS MENT TO BE PUSHED DOWN AFTER IT HAS BEEN UNCLIPPED!
Now we can see the area that has no pin, the new lead will be attached into this slot.
Forgive me if i have put this the wrong way around but here, you have to slide the red bar to the right so that the connectors can release.
Now leave everything as it is and go back into the car. Take off the small item box buy opening it and pressing on each side, again pulling it down, it will release, then pull towards you to remove. Here is where you will feed the male side of the wire.
This is the direct path to the area you was at, lead the wire to the top and leave it there. Go back out and pull the wire.
This it my own custom made wire. It is an example that i have wired it through the front.
Here it has been connected to the blue box, pin no (4) if you plan on using a custom made wire, make sure you duck tape that wire to the other wires to avoid movement and disconnection while driving.
Connect everything back in reverse and return back into the car.

ADDING FEMALE CONNECTOR.
Will upload link of removing steering wheel and adding cruise control as there is already a guide on this. Fast forwarding to Steering wheel control module area.
Cruise control fitted, left hand side, control module that will be worked on.
Gently remove both black and yellow connectors, be careful with the yellow one as it is the airbag wires.
Number (1) red lock simply need to be pushed out with a flat screw driver, do not pull off, just away from Number (2).
Now push down on number (2) and pull the connector away from the module.
I have marked the area that needs the female connector. Simply push the connector till you hear a slight click.
Here is my cable attached.
That comes to the end of it. Will update coding and some other things i missed but for now... have a look and let me know if its quite simple.
Thanks to Eddie_NL for all the help through this.
