Mk2 20v agu cut out whilst driving

Went out in my mk2 friday and it started stuttering then if I left it to idle it would cut out completely, then be really difficult to start again until it gave up starting all together.

Got it towed home and started checking it over today. I've taken the top hose off the fuel rail and primed it for a few seconds and fuel came out. Took the coil pack off and checked for a spark on the plug an there's a spark.

Here's a video of what I assume is the fuel pump relay, the pump buzzes in time with the clicks


What else can I check?

It's running oem management if that helps
