Eventually (next year?) I want to get a mk7 1.4 TSI(150) to replace my mk6 2.0 TDI(140)

Main reason because I want a petrol engine, and I like good economy and £30 tax for the 1.4 TSI.

My current Golf 6 is "Match" spec and has Reversing camera, auto wipers, as the main extras, but no sat nav.

So when I get a Mk 7, I want those extras.

But when ever I look at the 1.4TSI(150) ACT on autotrader, they don't have the reversing camera and not even auto wipers.

I am not really bothered about sat nav or climate control or leather seats or fancy alloys.

IS there such a thing as a 1,4 TSI "Match" spec in the 148/150 BHP ?

Ian

So how do you tell what is standard, and what is optional extra?

Looks like I was lucky to get my Golf with the camera which I presume is factory fitted, but I can't tell.

I know you can get them fitted later.

Mine is the one in the VW badge on the boot, which flips open in reverse gear.  VERY COOL!

I was so pleased when I discoved that, it certainly helped make my mind up when I bought the car.

No sat nav though.

The factory camera is the one which is hidden inside the boot badge.

My friend had to pay for it on his Mk7 GTi power pack model 2014/5

Next door neighbour has a 20month old golf r, and that doesn't have it fitted either

So my guess is no cars have them as standard ,if GTi and golf r don't have them as standard.

I guess the only way to tell if a car has it fitted it check the for sale advert in detail !!
