Yes they’re only aluminium so be careful, maybe just bend it enough to fit the vac hose?

Yeah I might just try a flathead under pry it a little, and the maybe just the bare touch of the torch.

It would hardly effect the actuator its kinda gone oval shape on the bend?

Remember there's seals/diaphram etc in there, so avoid mental heat.  Try and straighen it out and blow (if petrol) or suck (if diesel) and see if it moves okay.
