Hi all,

I've just replaced my rear wiper arm and blade a few weeks back to refresh things, I've also had a weak jet at the back for some time.

I took my rear washer nozzle off at the same time as replacing my wiper arm and found that it was blocked and had good pressure out the back of the car without a nozzle fitted eliminating a leak somewhere else.

I've fitted a new nozzle today but found it now spins with the wiper shaft.

Do you think this has seized by chance at the same time as I've fitted these new parts or it's something to do with my installation?

Both the nozzle and outer shaft seen here after the nut spins when wiping.

Just wanted some opinions before I replace the motor.

Recently had this issue on mine and used the following to sort it

It's an easy, cheap fix - and really satisfying to do.
